RECOVERY AND USE OF TRADITIONAL KNOWLEDGE ABOUT MEDICINAL PLANTS FOR THE HEALTH CARE OF THE VULNERABLE POPULATION IN THE DEPARTMENT OF CALDAS

OVERALL OBJECTIVE

Promote the rescue and transformation of medicinal plants for health care by peasant community groups in the 27 municipalities of the Department of Caldas.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

Implement and operate 1 community garden and a first aid kit, demonstrative, in each of the 27 municipalities of the department.

Maintain the production of medicinal plants for self-consumption, promote healthy practices and the use of local products that contribute to the improvement of health, food and nutritional security.
